We are super stoked the holiday weekend is here!  This week's well-timed storm delivered over 10'' of fresh snow, and every lift and mountain area will be open all week, welcoming you to a well-deserved winter getaway and beautiful forecast ahead.  Today's bluebird day will see the murkier weather of Friday move on out- leaving behind some northwest breezes but an otherwise comfortable day!   Don't worry about a few glades and smaller runs hitting the pause button, we expect the trail count to bounce back quickly as the weather and snow move into an ideal flow of chilly nights and seasonable days.  Some ungroomed terrain might open a bit later in the morning as temperatures rise.  Our Interconnect with the Historic North Creek Ski Bowl is open daily- just a heads-up that we look forward to welcoming the USCSA Nordic Divisionals this weekend.  Are you skiing or snowboarding for the first time today?  Try our 1, 2, or 3-day learning packages that put together terrific value and results for ages 13+.

Special Notes

Kids love the fun of our Holiday Camps, and parents love the value and results- check out our 2-day option starting Saturday or our 3-day option kicking off on Tuesday!  Today's Food Court lunch special is a turkey melt panini for $9.50 (passholders always get 20% off the special).  For Saturday, make it an early morning for a good parking spot and our Cup o'Joe & Go lessons, say hi to the LL Bean Bootmobile, and plan to kick back in the beautiful Tannery Pub for live music.  The Village Chair will be spinning until 8pm nightly at the Ski Bowl!  All lift tickets and passes are also valid here, so extend your ski day into the evening hours with some fun runs under the lights.   Safety reminder:  In the parks, have a plan for each feature you plan to hit, and make sure your landings are clear before taking off.  While we're talking parks, plan to join us for Monday's USASA Boardercross

Private Lessons

Reserve Customized Coaching for All Ages & Abilities!

Personal and customized coaching for all ages and abilities of alpine or telemark skiers and snowboarders!

Private lessons do not include lift tickets or rental equipment, and a lift ticket is required for all private lessons.  Please note the prices below are for instruction only.

Request an instructor of your choice, or we will hand-pick a qualified instructor for you!  If you wish, add another person to your private lesson, as long as this person is of like age and ability.  We recommend half-hour private lessons for 3-4 year-olds who aren't ready for a full hour on the snow.

Advance reservations are strongly recommended and are required for telemark private lessons.  To make a reservation, click to submit an online request, call (518) 251-2411 x1004, or email reservations@goremountain.com.  View our 2018-19 Reservation Policy.   Ask about specialty private lessons for terrain parks, glades, bumps, and gates!  We also offer an adaptive program for skiers and riders with special needs.
