The mountain is busy with both several improvement projects for the upcoming winter. Crews are building a brand-new pump house and laying miles of new pipe for snowmaking. We
are increasing our water pumping capacity by 2,000 more gallons of water to our per minute, and we're installing 312 new guns
equipped with the latest automation technologies available. These are huge developments and with a little cold weather, you can count
on this being the snowiest season ever at Gore. Two more grooming machines are strengthening our fleet, and we're
adding a two-story addition to theBase Lodge that will double the size of the Tannery Pub! The new space on the lower level of the Base
Lodge will mean more seasonal lockers and introduce a new clubhouse area for our season-long program kids.
When you arrive at the mountain, head right to the Northwoods Lodge for ticketing and information. Food, drinks, and souvenirs can
be purchased from the Open Pit Grille located on the sundeck.
Thanks again for tuning in, and make it a great day out there!
