We hope you are staying safe and healthy, and we can't wait to welcome you back soon.  Although Gore is presently closed to the public, we look forward to posting information about our schedule and activities as it becomes available.  2020-2021 season passes are on sale- there are no price increases over last year, plus our free financing plan is available when you purchase on or before August 12.  If you are renewing your pass, use our online "WTP Reloads" feature to conveniently retain your same SKI3 Card.

Special Notes

In the interest of everyone's health, we are asking for no visitors to the mountain at this time.  We understand that some of you have personal equipment stored in rental lockers, and we’re working on a procedure that will allow you to safely collect your belongings.  This procedure and other updates will be posted here as they become available.  We appreciate everyone's help and cooperation in being part of the solution during these trying times, and we look forward to getting back to the activities we all love soon.

INDEPENDENT INTERPRETIVE HIKES

Our "eco-loops" are designed for approximately a 30-min walk, and offer interpretive signage to keep you on track, as well as some education if you're interested!  The Hardwood Forest Loop is located in the Base Area, and the Alpine Sky Loop is at the top of Bear Mountain near where the gondola unloads.

Hardwood Forest Loop* – Take a relaxing stroll through oaks, maples, and birches with access directly from the Base Area and interesting signage to keep hikers on track.  This is a great warm up trail for downhill bikers too.  Easier: .68 miles round-trip.  Average hike time 45 minutes.

Alpine Sky Loop – Interpretive signage keeps hikers on track as they circle the summit of Bear Mountain with several breathtaking Adirondack vistas including the Fairview observation deck.  Easier: .36 miles round-trip.  Average hike time 30 minutes.

Mountaintop Labyrinth -Take a relaxing stroll through our labyrinth, located near the top of Bear Mountain where the Alpine Sky Loop interpretive trail intersects Fairview.  Labyrinths are ancient patterns over 4,000 years old, and walking them has been known to help quiet the mind and offer relaxation, balance, and well-being.
