We received 5 inches of new snow at the top of Bear Mountain today! We are expecting the snow and mixed precipitation to stay with us throughout today as more winter-like makes a welcome return- look for conditions tightening throughout the day as the temperatures drop and the winds pick up.  The snow coverage is excellent and groomers have laid out the goods on miles of terrain!  Please note that the North Creek Ski Bowl Nordic Center and Village Chair will not be open today or this evening.  On Saturday, plan on joining us for our Leap Day Scavenger Hunt- you can earn stickers throughout the mountain and get your card validated for a chance to win a new pair of skis!  Check our e-ticket deals online to reload your SKI3 Card online in advance for direct-to-lift access, or plan to get your SKI3 Card at the mountain if you're joining us for the first time this season.

Special Notes

Master the Mountain in this weekend's adult clinics for intermediate and advanced skiers and riders- choose from Saturday morning, all day Saturday, or two-day options to match best with your schedule. Tickets & meals included with all-day programs!  Telemark skiers can check out 90-minute clinics and join or watch the US Telemark races happening both days this weekend!  Thursday's food court lunch special is a garlic florentine Calzone for $9.50 - passholders save 20% off the daily lunch special as part of your long list of perksSafety reminder:  Plan ahead- if you're not familiar with the terrain, start with easier-rated trails and work your way up.  Be sure to visit our nordic trails at the Ski Bowl, access is included with all season passes and downhill lift tickets.  Season passes for 20/21 go on sale Wednesday, March 4- we'll have more details about them on the website Monday!

Hudson River Trading Townhomes

Dowager Kitchen

In this extensive restoration we have taken every opportunity to bring these 1920's living spaces back to their former grace.

Dowager Townhome

All of the Southern Yellow Pine doors and woodwork have been lovingly stripped and refinished. The original architecture of the butler's pantry has been saved and now doubles as the laundry room with a stackable washer and dryer. The bedroom offers a large cedar lined walk-in closet, and is furnished in Mission and Crofter style which reflects the warm glow from the Quoizel lighting. The full bathroom has been completely modernized yet still reflects the period with a pedestal sink and stained glass window in the shower wall. The large open kitchen and living area boasts handcrafted mission oak cabinets, stained glass window lights, ultra-modern appliances and specialty plumbing fixtures. The kitchen is fully stocked and the Arts and Crafts counter stools pull up to a dramatic concrete island. The living room has new solid oak floors, a propane fireplace, Wi-Fi, cable television, DSL, and local land line & Verizon booster. A leather queen size sleeper sofa allows additional sleeping options and the trex deck outside the French doors overlooks the Hudson River and the railroad valley.

Dr. Lee House

The newly restored historic Dr's home featuring new appliances, furniture, and lighting and a propane fireplace. Concrete countertops, handcrafted arts and crafts cabinetry, oversized granite sink, dishwasher, convection oven with glass top, and French door refrigerator. Butler's pantry features stackable washer and dryer, entry features heated ski storage closet, and bedrooms are furnished in Arts & Crafts and Crofter Style with new 4 Star Plush Serta queen mattresses. All window treatments and bedding custom made by Abode of North Creek. A chair and ½ (in the reading/TV room) converts to single pull-out sleeper. Dr. Lee House accommodates 2 couples easily; maximum of 6 people. Designed and decorated by Adirondack Interiors of North Creek and furnished by Hudson River Trading Co. This second floor townhome overlooks the Hudson River off the back porch and Gore Mountain off the front porch.
