We are super stoked the holiday weekend is here!  This week's well-timed storm delivered over 10'' of fresh snow, and every lift and mountain area will be open all week, welcoming you to a well-deserved winter getaway and beautiful forecast ahead.  Today's bluebird day will see the murkier weather of Friday move on out- leaving behind some northwest breezes but an otherwise comfortable day!   Don't worry about a few glades and smaller runs hitting the pause button, we expect the trail count to bounce back quickly as the weather and snow move into an ideal flow of chilly nights and seasonable days.  Some ungroomed terrain might open a bit later in the morning as temperatures rise.  Our Interconnect with the Historic North Creek Ski Bowl is open daily- just a heads-up that we look forward to welcoming the USCSA Nordic Divisionals this weekend.  Are you skiing or snowboarding for the first time today?  Try our 1, 2, or 3-day learning packages that put together terrific value and results for ages 13+.

Special Notes

Kids love the fun of our Holiday Camps, and parents love the value and results- check out our 2-day option starting Saturday or our 3-day option kicking off on Tuesday!  Today's Food Court lunch special is a turkey melt panini for $9.50 (passholders always get 20% off the special).  For Saturday, make it an early morning for a good parking spot and our Cup o'Joe & Go lessons, say hi to the LL Bean Bootmobile, and plan to kick back in the beautiful Tannery Pub for live music.  The Village Chair will be spinning until 8pm nightly at the Ski Bowl!  All lift tickets and passes are also valid here, so extend your ski day into the evening hours with some fun runs under the lights.   Safety reminder:  In the parks, have a plan for each feature you plan to hit, and make sure your landings are clear before taking off.  While we're talking parks, plan to join us for Monday's USASA Boardercross

*Saturday, Feb. 16, 4-7pm: Radio Junkies - This group is a unique mix of acoustic guitar, bass, and percussion that will offer an intriguing performance of great songs you'll surely recognize.
*Sunday, Feb. 17, 3-6pm: John Stack - Offering a fun lineup is hits, his solo act is an intriguing program that focuses on a mixture of genres sure to please any audience.
Saturday, Feb. 23: Brandon LaRocca - This singer/songwriter performs an assortment of folk and classic rock covers, with original music in the mix as well.
Sunday, Feb. 24: Rich Ortiz - Drawing in the audience with his combination of guitar, foot pedal bass, harmonica and loops, his performance style is calming and captivating. His multitasking musicianship delivers an intriguing musical performance unlike any other.
Saturday, Mar. 2: BONEDOCTOR -This duo plays of fun mix of acoustic jams with a jazzy saxaphone flair.
Sunday, Mar. 3: Brian LaPoint - Offers a revolving line up of music with an awesome voice and great guitar playing.
Saturday, Mar. 9: Dirt Cheap Duo - This alluring duo combines guitars and vocal harmonies and provides an entertaining set list with songs for everyone.
Sunday, Mar. 10: Rich Ortiz - Drawing in the audience with his combination of guitar, foot pedal bass, harmonica, and loops, his performance style is calming and captivating.
Saturday, Mar. 16: Chuck Kelsey - An avid and well-known entertainer, his solo act that consists of rock, country, and traditional folk music.
Sunday, Mar. 17: Mitch Frasier - This solo artist performs a great list of classic rock, country, and more from artists you're sure to recognize such as the Allman Brothers, Tom Petty, and Neil Young.
Saturday, Mar. 23: Joe DeFelice - This singer/songwriter from upstate New York specializes in an acoustic solo act with a mixture of classic covers and original material in the alternative and classic rock genres.
