We hope you are staying safe and healthy, and we can't wait to welcome you back soon.  Although Gore is presently closed to the public, we look forward to posting information about our schedule and activities as it becomes available.  2020-2021 season passes are on sale- there are no price increases over last year, plus our free financing plan is available when you purchase on or before August 12.  If you are renewing your pass, use our online "WTP Reloads" feature to conveniently retain your same SKI3 Card.

Special Notes

In the interest of everyone's health, we are asking for no visitors to the mountain at this time.  We understand that some of you have personal equipment stored in rental lockers, and we’re working on a procedure that will allow you to safely collect your belongings.  This procedure and other updates will be posted here as they become available.  We appreciate everyone's help and cooperation in being part of the solution during these trying times, and we look forward to getting back to the activities we all love soon.

The Lake George Area is a complete winter destination, showcasing an unforgettable collaboration of mountain air, hometown flair, unparalleled wilderness, and one of the largest collections of America’s cleanest bodies of water.

The Lake George Area is a collection of unique towns and villages sitting in the southern foothills of the Adirondacks. It is the gateway to a Forever Wild expanse of mountains, forests, and bodies of water peppered with small communities.

Winter is a blast throughout the Lake George Area. January is ice bar season, where professional ice carvers create exquisite sculptures out of massive blocks of ice. These functional bars serve delicious frozen cocktails. February is all about Winter Carnivals. The Lake George Winter Carnival features winter fun like ice races and children's activities every weekend in February. The Brant Lake Winter Carnival is one amazing day of outhouse racing, the fry pan toss, and other competitions. Flowing sugar maple sap makes March the sweetest month on the calendar in the small town of Thurman. Their Thurman Maple Days event gives families the opportunity to taste Adirondack maple syrup, sugar, and other maple products.

The Lake George Area is also home to some of the best snowmobiling trails in the Adirondacks, fantastic ice fishing, cross-country skiing and ice skating sites, and more.

The Lake George Area is the place to be all summer long! Miles of hiking trails lead to gorgeous mountain summits, amusement parks full of rides and shows, boat rentals for the entire family, sandy beaches, exhilarating whitewater rafting, hundreds of beautiful campsites, and the cleanest lakes around.

The Original Vacation is calling. Pioneer your vacation today.
