Enjoy the thrills and excitement of biking down and around the mountain, through wooded trails, over rocks, logs and stream beds. Learn to ride with more control, climb more efficiently, and descend with more confidence. Our skills development clinics offer cross-country and downhill mountain biking instruction for beginner and intermediate riders, ages 10 & up.
Join Solstice Yoga for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience atop Bear Mountain on Saturdays, July 28 & August 25. Michele Pearsall will lead back-to-back 1-hour classes, with gentle yoga at 1pm followed by a vinyasa power class at 2pm. A scenic skyride is included- the Northwoods Gondola will transport you to and from class. Advance registration is required- sign up for both classes and save. Mats can be included but must be requested when you register.
