Our favorite family promotion- Take Your Kids to Gore Week is underway!  Children 19 and under ski or ride free with a full-paying parent- what a great way to enjoy some family time and experience Gore Mountain!  Fairview is open today, giving you snowboarders an easier way to access our Saddle Area and favorite cruisers like Twister and Showcase from the Gondola!  Our crew has also recently been laying down the snow on Pine Knot, Topridge, and at the Ski Bowl.  The park crew is putting in tons of work, loading four freestyle areas with features ready for you to display your latest tricks!

Special Notes

The Nordic Center at the Ski Bowl will be open from 11am-8pm Monday through Friday, and your lift ticket includes access to the trail network there as well!  Monday's Food Court Lunch Special is Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza for $5 a slice.  Safety Reminder: If you need to stop on a trail, do so off to the side and where you are easily visible from above. The Tannery opens at 11am to start serving delicious food and awesome drinks! Our Tuesday Night Citizens Race Series has begun!  This week, Jamie Martin will be playing live music from 7-9pm in the Ski Bowl Lodge immediately following the races!

Season-Long Kids Programs

For Skiers and Snowboarders ages 4-12 of All Abilities

UPDATED FOR WINTER 17/18

Your child will explore Gore's amazing variety of terrain all season with consistent coaching and camaraderie with friends, while building a strong foundation of skiing/riding skills.  Kids ski or ride each weekend with the same group of coaches who gear each session toward their needs and learning styles.  This program is open to all ability levels, and new participants will be evaluated on the first weekend and placed in a group with others of similar age and ability.  Organized activities such as scavenger hunts and fun races are included.  Children ready to challenge themselves may spend time in our terrain parks, glades, race gates, and bumps.  Those interested in participating in our open events throughout the season can practice necessary skills and get feedback from their coaches.

Li'l Rippers is a division of Mountain Adventure designed specifically for the needs and learning styles of children ages 4-5, and also offers season-long and 6-week program options.  Their focus is on safety and fun first, with skiing and snowboarding games and activities appealing to this fun and actively imaginative age group.

Select the program option with lunch, we'll provide your child's meal on all program days.  Or, choose the option without lunch if you prefer to pack your child's lunch each day.  All options include SKI3 season pass & equipment storage in the Rumor Mill Clubhouse.
