March 20 Pod
March 19, 2018

Thank you so much for tuning in, this is Emily with your More Gore podcast for Tuesday, March 20, Ski Day #119.

Good news from Mother Nature- she has got cold days on the horizon which is great for us both holding and maintaining the fabulous packed powder conditions and coverage we get to brag about during these later days of March- she's also got us set up for what should be some of the best spring skiing we've had in a long time.

Today look for a comfortable high of 33 degrees and finally just a calm wind- that will be a nice relief from the blustery last few- winds turning east in the afternoon, just around 6 mph.  Today will be an absolutely beauty out there with crystal clear Adirondack skies- it's really exciting to have this quality of product and amount of it on March 20.  It's a nice firm and friendly packed powder out there while a fun mid-winter cruising feel.

Fantastic variety of trails open, glades are starting to fade a bit but there are still are 8 kicking- get them while the getting's good, and lets look for 7 lifts spinning in the sunshine including the stylin' Adirondack Express 2 makes for a quick ride to our brand-new Saddle Lodge.

If you haven't already, pick up your 18/19 season pass when you get here- you can use it for the rest of this amazing season too!  If you're not quite ready for a pass, just a little secret we're saying it here first- as of midnight we'll have a little 2-pack of tickets appearing on our website- it's only $109 and it's only on sale for two days, so grab that if you know you plan on spending a little more time here this season.

Today's Safety Reminder: When merging onto a trail, always reduce your speed, look uphill, and yield to others.

We thank you so much for calling us, and make it a great snow day out there!
