We welcome you to Presidents' Weekend in the Gore Mountain Region, where you'll have awesome skiing, delicious dining on and around the mountain, and plenty of events for the whole family to enjoy!  You'll find miles of corduroy pleasure throughout all mountain areas today.  A great mixure of terrain is open, including the interconnect to Little Gore Mountain which will keep you busy throughout the day!  If you're still going strong, be sure to swing down to the North Creek Ski Bowl which is open daily until 8pm for downhill and cross-country skiing as well as snowshoeing.  Peruse our value-added lodging packages, and sign your kids up for one or both of our Holiday Camps

Special Notes

Make sure to take in some of the freestyle action throughout our various parks as it's time to practice for Monday's USASA Boarder/Skiercross at the Ski Bowl!  Our park crew keeps things interesting and are consistantly mixing up features to give you something new to try.  The Tannery is featuring a Blackened Chicken Sandwich for $14- stop in for lunch!  There's also apres-ski live music from the Radio Junkies 3-6pm.  The beautiful Saddle Lodge serves food and beverages as well if you're interested in some tasty on mountain dining!  Safety Tip: If you are merging onto a trail, be sure to look uphill and yield to others.

Hiking Excursions

Please note our fall gondola rides and activities are closed for the season. We'll see you on the slopes this winter. Think snow!

SELF-GUIDED INTERPRETIVE HIKES

All scenic gondola riders may also enjoy self-guided hikes available in both the Base Area and Bear Mountain Summit at the top of the Northwoods Gondola.  Our "eco-loops" are designed for approximately a 30-min walk, and offer interpretive signage to keep you on track, as well as some education if you're interested!

Don't miss a chance to walk our labyrinth, located where the Alpine Sky Loop interpretive trail intersects Fairview.  Labyrinths are ancient patterns over 4,000 years old, and walking them has been known to help quiet the mind and offer relaxation, balance, and well-being.

Please be sure to sign in and grab a copy of the map at the Mid Lodge Ticket Desk before you head out on the mountain!
