Saturday, Day #1 8:30 Sign in at the Information Desk in the Base Lodge 8:30-9:15 Meet your group over a yummy breakfast of your choice and determine your goals for the camp! This could include learning how to link your turns, developing balance on the board, or becoming comfortable with using our surface and aerial lifts. 9:15 On the snow! Learn how easy it is to ride on Burton’s LTR (Learn to Ride) boards and boots, made specially for beginners with a shape, size, flex, and specific edge bevel. Go out and experience sliding on your board, learning to turn on both your toe side and heel side. Enjoy the Ride! 12:00 Break for lunch with the group – hot soup and sandwich is a great mid-day treat! Or try one of our famous Adirondack Salads! 12:45–3:30 Back out on the hill. We'll stay on the Bear Cub Poma, or if you're ready to try a little more challenge we'll board the Sunway chair. Link some turns together with some of our best snowboarding coaches and have a blast. 3:30 Head to the Tannery Pub and relax to the rockin' tunes of the Dirt Cheap Duo! Have a drink, and celebrate your day! *Video is usually taken on Saturday, but subject to change due to weather and visibility. A review of video is conducted during the weekend, to see how well you are riding!
Sunday, Day #2 8:30 Check in with your group and grab a good breakfast. May we recommend our Trailblazer breakfast sandwiches, or the new breakfast pizza? Then get ready to head out on the hill. 9:15–12:00 Ramp it up by refreshing yesterday's tasks and turns, adding a little more shape to your turns, and speed, as each turn becomes easier than the last. 12:00 Lunch break- riding is a big calorie burn, so fuel up! 12:45 – 3:30 Back out on the hill for more tips and trails to explore. Maybe move up to a more difficult trail to end the weekend? It's fun for all - you're now an official shredder!
