Saturday, Day 1

8:30 Sign in at the Info desk in Main Lodge

8:30-9:15  Meet your group,  determine your
goals for the camp, such as tackling steeper
terrain, how to ski the trees and moguls, how
to ski varied conditions, etc.  Breakfast with
the group – your choice of hot cereal,
eggs, bagels and more.

9:15-12:00  On the snow! Warm up with a few runs
exploring the groomers at Gore, along with a
few pointers of working on your balance – the
key to great skiing!  Learn what tactics you’ll
need to ski the steeps and trees. Gore’s got glades!
Go get ‘em! Video of your skiing as coaches
give you some tasks that will challenge you to
ski out of your comfort zone, while keeping it
fun and safe.

12:00  Break for lunch with the group –  hot soup
and sandwich is a great mid-day treat!  Or try one
of our salads, delicious yet nutritious.

12:45 – 3:30  Back out on the hill. Hmmm, where
should we go? It’s all so good. Start with some
steep terrain, then take it into the woods.  Ski the
whole mountain! Wherever your coach takes you,
you’ll work on new ways to ski terrain with more
comfort and ease, while adding more variety in
your skiing.

3:30  Head to the Tannery Pub, have a drink, and
celebrate your day! Video is usually taken on Saturday,
but subject to change due to weather and visibility.
A review of video is conducted during the weekend
to see how well you are skiing!

Sunday, Day 2

8:30 Check in with your group,  get some breakfast,
(how about a trailblazer?) and boot up to head out
on the hill.

9:15 – 12:00  Jump in the gondola and head on up for
some early morning turns. There are more glades to be
found, and steeps galore.  Your coaches will be your
guide.  Remember to look for the open spaces
in the trees!

12:00  Lunch Break.

12:45–3:30  Back out on the hill for more fun and
more trails to explore.  Long turns, short turns, in
the bumps, in the trees, out on the steeps
–More Gore!
