*New covered bridge over the Snow Train conveyor lift! Our 100' Snow Train is similar to the moving walkways you see at the airport- kids can simply stand aboard and be easily transported up the hill. The ride will be even more fun this season inside the Snow Train Railroad Station!
*New sculpted terrain garden in Kids Klub- we'll create banked curves that help along your children's first turns!

Gore Mountain is kid-friendly, and so are our instructors. We can teach your children how to ski/snowboard for the first time, or help them improve! There are kids in our programs who have never ventured onto the snow, as well as those who are confident on our most difficult terrain.
Whether you are looking for a single-day lesson or a season-long program, Gore Mountain has something to suit your child’s needs. Choose from Mountain Adventure Programs, Holiday Camps, our daily Kids Klub Lessons or Day of Fun!
To ensure the best learning environment for each child, we will group your child according to age and ability level. Skiers and snowboarders ages 4-6 will spend time both indoors and outdoors, promoting fun and skill development that best suits their needs. 7-9 year-old skiers and riders will be grouped with those of similar ability, as will 10-12 year-olds.
Gore Mountain is a family mountain. Our Snow Sports School encourages students to learn to ski/ride safely while developing skills and tactics that will allow them to explore the entire mountain. We work to create lifelong skiers and riders by helping them develop a passion for this outdoor lifestyle. Through early skill development, your child can then move on to explore the variety of skiing and riding options—terrain parks, racing, freestyle, telemark skiing, or recreational fun.
Kids' Klub Daily Lessons
Kids’ Klub Day of Fun
Welcoming Skiers & Snowboarders, Ages 4-12
Day-long program for all levels, from beginners to black diamond skiers and riders. 2 hours of morning coaching and 2 hours of afternoon coaching. Lunch (and of course hot chocolate!) provided, along with all-day supervision. Children can be dropped off as early as 8:30, and picked up as late as 4:00. Lessons begin 9:45 am, and again at 1:15 after lunch. All-day lift ticket included.

Kids’ Klub Lessons
Welcoming Skiers & Snowboarders, Ages 4-12
2-hour lessons for skiers and riders of all levels. Morning lessons are in session 10am-noon (kids can be dropped off as early as 8:30am); afternoon lessons are in session 1:30pm-3:30pm (kids can be dropped off as early as 12:45pm). Lift ticket included only for duration of lesson- an upgraded ticket to ski the remainder of the day for ages 7-12 is an additional $17.

Book of 6 Lessons
Welcoming Skiers & Snowboarders, Ages 4-12
A value-packed book of (6) 2-hour lessons for skiers and riders of all levels. All six lessons must be used by the same child; please note your child will have a photo identification punch-card. Two sessions may be used in one day, but lunch would not be included. This package is non-transferable. Reservations are required, but lessons are valid any day.

Please note that all kids programs (ages 12 & under) require participants to be wearing a helmet. If you purchase your program with rentals, a helmet is included in the package. If children are using their own equipment, they must bring a helmet with them or plan to rent one upon arrival. Thank you for your cooperation toward our effort of increasing safety on the slopes.

Kids' Klub Mountain Adventure Programs!
Welcoming Skiers & Snowboarders, Ages 4-12
Our Mountain Adventure Programs earn rave reviews year after year from parents and kids! Entering its eighth season, the Mountain Adventure Program is a multi-week program for skiers and snowboarders ages 4-12. Your children will have fun, meet new friends, and learn new skills, while working with the same team of coaches each week. Each week's session builds on the skills learned from the week before. You can drop your children off as early as 8:30 am, where they will be supervised indoors until going out on snow at 9:30 to begin their lesson. Those children in morning-only sessions will meet their parents at 12:00. Those attending all-day sessions will have their parents meet them in the Kids Klub, located in the new Northwoods Lodge, between 3:30-4:00 pm. Program includes lunch for all-day session participants.
Choose from 6-session, 10-session, and season-long options. Each Mountain Adventure participant will ski or ride with children of their age and ability.
Each program is available as all-day or morning-only sessions. In addition, you choose the program day which best meets your needs—all Saturdays or all Sundays. The season-long program meets every Saturday and Sunday, from mid-December through the end of March, ending with a festival day of fun. Hot chocolate breaks are offered mid-morning and mid-afternoon for the all-day programs. Each on-snow session is 2 1/2 hours, offering 30 minutes more of instruction time than our daily Kids Klub lessons.

Holiday Camps!
A great way for your children ages 4-12 of all ability levels to spend their holiday vacation, skiing or riding with coaches and meeting new friends! Each group will have the same team of coaches all 3 days to promote consistency. Open to all levels of ability from first-timers to advanced black diamond skiers/riders. 3-day lift ticket, lunch, and supervision included.
2 ½ hour morning session followed by lunch and a 2 ½ hour afternoon session. Program meets outdoors at 9:30 –12:00, and after lunch 1:00 – 3:30. Mountain Adventure participants receive discounted rates.

Private Lessons for Kids
For all ages and abilities of alpine and telemark skiers, or snowboarders! One-on-one individualized coaching allowing you and your instructor to focus on your personal snow sports goals. Request an instructor of your choice, or allow us to personally select a qualified instructor for you. Reservations are strongly recommended, and are required for telemark private lessons. If you wish, add another person to your private lesson, but please note this additional person must be of like ability level and age. Lift ticket not included.

Bear Cub Den Daycare
For children 6 months to 6 years, enjoying a long tradition of fun and friendship. A brand-new facility located in the Northwoods Lodge by Lincoln Logs!
