We are open Saturday-Sunday for pre-winter fun including scenic gondola rides, downhill mountain biking, adventure activities, workshops, and events!  Buy an e-ticket for our activities in advance for terrific savings.  Keep in mind your 17/18 season pass includes unlimited gondola access and hiking every weekend.  Carl Heilman joins us this Saturday for his annual on-mountain photography workshop- reserve your spot today!

Join us Saturday, September 30 for the Leaf Cruncher 5K trail walk/run.  Registration includes a scenic gondola skyride amid colorful foliage and entry for outstanding raffle prizes including outdoor gear, fall-themed items, lift tickets, and locally handmade treats from Barkeater Chocolates!

We are excited for extensive renovations to three of our lodges!  The size of the Saddle Lodge is doubling, the original 1967 gondola unloading station at Gore's summit is being transformed into the new Straight Brook Lodge, and we're expanding the rental shop, children's program center, and bathrooms of the Northwoods Lodge.  Be sure to stay in touch to keep up with all of our projects and improvements as they progress!

During the warmer months, we happily host weddings, reunions, corporate parties, and other types of gatherings which can feature mountaintop happenings and our year-round catering services.

Gore Mountain has continuously won awards within the ski Industry for our immense terrain variety, unbeatable value, accessibility, famous family friendliness, untouched Adirondack scenery, multiple lifts, and sustainability initiatives. Locals and travelers agree that Gore Mountain is a hidden gem.

Over half of our terrain is long, rolling, blue square cruisers. For experts we have 27 glades, 20 black diamond alpine trails, and some of the steepest terrain in the East, including our signature trail- The Rumor. We have seven terrain park areas, including a halfpipe, boarder/skiercross, an area with beginner features, a freestyle glade, and always-changing arrangements of jumps, rails, and jibs. First-time skiers and riders find that Gore is the perfect place to learn with one-on-one coaching from our trained snow sports instructors. If you're looking for adult/teen lessons or children's programs we offer numerous options for all ability levels and preferences. Don't miss our new Nordic Center at the North Creek Ski Bowl that offers snowmaking, grooming, and lights.
