Yay- it's the official start of the season!  The Northwoods Gondola & Adirondack Express II is open for intermediate and expert levels, while the Snow Train conveyor lift will be open for beginners.  Both downhill and cross-country skiing will be open 8:30am-4pm.  Also check out terrain park features throughout Lower Sleighride!  Give the gift of Gore this holiday season- we have gift cards available in any denomination that never expire, 4-packs of transferable tickets for easy giving, and frequent skier cards for every member of the family.

Special Notes

With the donation of one or more non-perishable food items per person, Friday's prices are $53 for adults, $39 for teens and seniors, and $29 for juniors.

We are excited about extensive renovations to three of our lodges!  The size of the Saddle Lodge has doubled and more dining will be available there this winter.  Meanwhile, the original 1967 gondola unloading station at Gore's summit has been transformed into the new Straight Brook Lodge- it's beautiful.  We're also expanding the rental shop, children's program center, and restrooms of the Northwoods Lodge.

NENSA U16 Championships

The NENSA U16 Championships began modestly in 1992 has grown into one of the highlights of the season for junior athletes. New York and each New England state can qualify their fastest 24 – U16 (ages 14-15) boys and girls. Four races take place over 2 1/2 days. Seeded wave starts ensure match racing at its finest. This event will typically see invited entries from other regions within the US and Canada.
