Customer Service

For questions, changes, or cancellation requests regarding your order, please complete the form below and a customer service representative will be in touch shortly. For changes and cancellation requests that are approved for credit, the value will reflect the dollar value spent on tickets and/or rentals. However, please note that a one-time transaction fee of $15 per order will be deducted from the amount credited. Credits will be issued via e-mail. Credits can be used online to re-purchase lift tickets, lessons, and rentals. For Lesson Reservation changes/cancellations, there will be a $15 cancellation fee for adult/youth Group Lessons and a $45 cancellation fee for Private Lessons. During periods of high volume for change or cancellation requests, please be patient as we work through them. Please do not fill out multiple forms. It may take us a few days to process your request.
