Gore Mountain Unit Management Plan
& Environmental Impact Statements
Notice of Acceptance of Draft SEIS and Public Hearing
 
Warren County - The Department of Environmental Conservation, as lead agency, has accepted as complete a Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (SEIS) on that portion of the 2005 Gore Mountain Ski Area Unit Management Plan Amendment relating to the connecting ski trails and lift between Gore Mountain Ski Center and the Historic North Creek Ski Bowl.
A public hearing on the Draft SEIS will be held on March 04, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. at the Gore Mountain Ski Area’s Base Lodge, Peaceful Valley Road, North Creek, New York 12853.
Written comments on the Draft SEIS will be accepted until April 14, 2008. Plans are available on line at: goremountain.com
Hard copy are available for review at DEC Albany, DEC Warrensburg, DEC Ray Brook, ORDA Lake Placid, Johnsburg Town Hall North Creek, Gore Mountain Ski Area.
